Second Act ship most 37" and larger televisions by a home delivery freight company. Deliveries are always made by appointment, which the delivery company will phone you to schedule in advance. From the time of pick up at the warehouse, until your delivery appointment, is typically 5 business days.

Second Act provides the three types of deliveries. These three choices are as follows:

1. White Glove Delivery:
This delivery service is used for high-end delivery consumer products. The benefit of this service is that your merchandise is brought into your home, put into the room of your choice (within one floor up or down from the entrance), uncrated, plugged-in to ensure working order, and the packaging material is removed from your home. Should your residence be located in an extremely remote location, there may be an additional charge for delivery.

2. Threshold Delivery:
Threshold delivery service allows for placement of your TV by the delivery team just inside the main entrance to your home. Like White Glove service, Threshold service is done on an appointment basis when it is convenient for you. This service does not include the placement of the set in the room of your choice within your home nor does it include debris removal. Threshold delivery is a great option if you have willing friends or family that will assist in the final placement of your TV.

3. Front Door Delivery:
Front Door Delivery service places your new TV just outside the main entrance of your home or, if preferable, at your garage door. Front Door Delivery is performed on an appointment basis to ensure a convenient time for you to accept the shipment. This service is performed by one delivery person who moves your set into place using an appliance dolly. Front Door service is the fastest way to receive your new TV, requiring only 3-5 business days from pick to delivery. Front Door delivery is ideal for light-weight sets such as LCD, DLP or Plasma TVs. If customer live in an apartment building and do not have a loading dock or freight elevator, you may want to consider White Glove delivery.
